3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Attempt to breach or undermine website security
  • Use the site in a way that may harm Sobrio OÜ or other users
  • Copy, redistribute, or misuse content without permission

4. Quotes, Contracts & Payments

All project quotes are non-binding until a written agreement is signed or accepted by both parties.

Payment terms (such as upfront payments, milestone payments, or subscription fees) will be clearly outlined in each project agreement.

Sobrio OÜ reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if payments are overdue or if misuse is suspected.


5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All custom code, designs, and deliverables produced for a client become the client’s property upon full payment.
  • Reusable components, frameworks, or internal tools developed by Sobrio OÜ remain the intellectual property of Sobrio OÜ.
  • Sobrio OÜ may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

  • Accurate and complete information relevant to the project
  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Access to required systems (hosting, domain registrar, WordPress admin, etc.)

Sobrio OÜ is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late responses, or third-party issues.


7. Third-Party Services

Some projects may rely on third-party tools, plugins, hosting providers, APIs, or software. Sobrio OÜ is not responsible for:

  • Terms, pricing, or policy changes of third-party services
  • Downtime or issues caused by external providers

Clients are responsible for any licensing fees required for premium tools.


8. Warranties & Liability

Sobrio OÜ provides services “as is” and does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted website performance
  • Error-free software or code
  • Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or environments

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Sobrio Web OÜ is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service

9. Website Content Ownership & Compliance

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • All content provided for their website is legal and properly licensed
  • Their business complies with relevant EU and Estonian regulations (GDPR, consumer laws, etc.)

Sobrio OÜ does not provide legal advice.


10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate cooperation by written notice. In case of termination:

  • All completed work up to the termination date must be paid for
  • Ongoing tasks will be paused
  • Access credentials provided to Sobrio OÜ must be revoked by the client after termination

11. Changes to These Terms

Sobrio OÜ may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
